When/how/why was your studio founded?

2014 in the detached storage space of the house we lived in at the time to reconnect with my childhood love of stained glass.

Who or what inspires your process?

Always inspired by the changing landscape and the materials I work with. A new piece of glass can launch a whole collection.

Daily ritual?

Feed the cats, make my tea and go through emails. It’s the only consistent thing I do every day. Once I’ve done that, I get to work on whatever orders or projects I have in the works and the rest of the day is rarely the same. It could be shipping all day or cutting down glass. Especially now with all the changes due to COVID 19, every day is a new adventure in the studio.

Favorite item in your studio?

The speakers we installed in the ceiling when renovating our garage into my studio space.

Favorite nerd hobby or interest? 

Star Trek :)
