designCAMP | JOIN Call for Entry JOIN invites you to create an object representing our current design culture. We want the showcase to be "larger than life" and "campy" creating humor and novelty to what most people see as contemporary American design and culture. We encourage you to make pieces that distort reality and blur the lines between art, decoration, and design. Each studio will expertly craft their piece using the material of choice. We want to have the guests interact with the designs, taking away the stigma of a museum setting and instead activating the space. We hope that through this prompt, designers will be able to create finely-crafted pieces that are fun, loud, colorful, and celebratory.

Ventura Future 2020 | The Exhibition Ventura Future are carefully curated design events in major design hotspots like Milan, New York and Dubai with a specific focus on international contemporary design – both by upcoming designers as well as by established brands and labels. Ventura Future is an exhibition area highlighting original, cutting-edge and impactful design.

Venue: Between 21- 26 April, the Ventura Future showcase will be taking over 3,500 square meters and two floors of the BASE Milano cultural project in the Tortona Design District.

We are inviting you to submit designs for Ventura Future 2020.
Attendance is optional and not required for submission and acceptance.
