JOIN Design x Sightunseen Offsite 2016 / REFLECT

At Sight Unseen OFFSITE, JOIN Design will present the group show REFLECT, showcasing a curated selection of 16 objects from independent designers and studios across the United States. Accepted designers will debut one-of-a-kind objects within the theme of REFLECT, each made from a single material. A grid arrangement of column-like pedestals will give each object its sense of place, while the grid as a whole will create a dramatic sum of these parts. In conjunction with display, JOIN will produce a limited-edition photographic catalog that will exhibit how and why each object was created and the designers behind them.
